Due to sanitary concerns, RMC Kidz does not offer any exchanges, or returns. Refunds will not be issued, as each item is created on a made to order basis. If the product arrives defective, please contact us at support@rmckidz.com within 3 business days of delivery so that the item can be re-issued/ replaced if requirements are met.
